Description
Binding undercoat that unifies the surface by levelling the porosity of the substrate. Compatible with all water-based or alkyd-based finishing products. Ideal as a primer before applying wallpaper. Highly matt finish.
Application
On indoor slightly absorbent and/or slightly floury walls and ceilings made of plaster(boards), concrete, cement basecoat or bricks.
